According to a recent Gallup poll, nearly 40% of Americans get less than seven hours of sleep a night – under the recommended amount. And the CDC estimates that another 50-70 million Americans likely have a sleep disorder.

Staying up to finish a Netflix series, late night chats on Facebook, or whatever keeps us up at night is having a serious effect on our bodies and minds.
