Oats are super great and healthy for breakfast. They are a type of gluten-free coarse flour made of hulled oat grains. Oatmeal is called different names, depending on how they are processed. Milled oats are usually referred to as “white oats”, steel cut oats are known as “coarse oat” or ‘irish oats” and rolled oats “old fashioned oat”. Oats are good for children adults and old-aged people. I personally love oats because it is not only highly nutritious, but it also fills me up, has a pleasant taste, gives me varieties of ways to prepare it and takes less time to prepare.
