Oats are super great and healthy for breakfast. They are a type of gluten-free coarse flour made of hulled oat grains. Oatmeal is called different names, depending on how they are processed. Oats are good for children adults and old-aged people. I personally love oats because it is not only highly nutritious, but it also fills me up, has a pleasant taste, gives me varieties of ways to prepare it and takes less time to prepare.
